Essential clients may be extended an invitation in specific circumstances, subject to availability and at an additional contribution towards costs. Eligibility is reviewed annually.
Executive
Invitation eligible
Executive clients are invitation-eligible each year. Invitations are extended based on capacity, length of engagement, and group composition. A contribution towards costs may apply.
Premier
Fully included
Premier clients receive a confirmed invitation each year as part of their engagement. Travel, accommodation, and all event costs are fully hosted by Business Butlers. No additional charge.
What we can share about the format.
When does it take place?
The gathering is held once per calendar year, typically in late autumn or early spring — chosen to minimize conflict with peak work periods. The specific date is confirmed well in advance to allow for scheduling.
Where is the location?
The location changes each year and is selected for atmosphere, privacy, and natural quality. We do not publish the venue in advance — Premier clients receive details at their annual review. The setting is always European and always thoughtfully chosen.
How long does it last?
The gathering spans two to three days. The format is relaxed, with shared meals, optional activities, and unstructured time for conversation. There is no rigid programme, no panels, and no performance expected from attendees.
Is attendance mandatory?
Attendance is always optional. If a confirmed invite conflicts with an important professional or personal commitment, there is no pressure to attend. We ask for advance notice so we can manage logistics accordingly.
